We have many waterfront communities. In Charlotte and Sarasota Counties you are never more than 20 minutes from a boat ramp or the beach. Even if you do not live on the water, there are plenty of opportunities to fish, kayak, boat and enjoy the outdoors. Here are just a few of our more notable waterfront communities.
